About
Psychology, seen in context.
I am MSc trained in Clinical Neuropsychology and have experience within psychology, psychodiagnostics and one-to-one guidance. Alongside this work, I have spent several years working in personal training and coaching.
Those fields are often treated as separate disciplines, but in practice I repeatedly saw how strongly they influence one another.
Someone can understand their psychological patterns intellectually and still struggle to change their behaviour. A period of chronic stress can affect concentration, recovery, movement and daily structure.
Physical routines can influence psychological wellbeing, while psychological patterns determine whether healthy routines are sustainable in the first place. That interaction became the foundation for Steadroot.
My approach remains psychological at its core, but I look beyond symptoms in isolation and consider the wider context in which someone functions. The aim is to understand the relevant mechanisms well enough to make change specific rather than generic.
